Exercising The Demon

I laughed at the thought of this title, when I was thinking of a good blogpost about my newly decorated guitar. Yes, I was exercising the guitar, not exorcising it. This is my Peavey Tracer, with two stock single coil pickups and a Seymour Duncan "Screamin' Demon" humbucker pickup. It hasn't been out of the house in several years, and I figured that it was about time to dust off the cobwebs , cover-up the ding in the paint with a strategically placed "Rock On" symbol and see what she can do.

Owning a sticker plotter and having a little bit of expendable time can be a dangerouse thing. I currently make dye-cut stickers for customers, so I figured it was time to do a little... advertising (Does that mean that I can write off guitars as a business expense? If so, we're going to Guitar Center.). So on the front of the guitar, I have "Rock On", "jaypalm", and "Insert Pick Here." I have few more stickers planned, including a Papal Cross (like my necklace), and a sticker for the back that says "If you can read this, tell me to turn the guitar over."

Oh I remember when the Demon was the guitar that I played. It's the first one I learned on. I'm glad it gets a second chance.
